What We Do.

SynDEV partners with private sector businesses and the public sector that value diversity and inclusion. SynDEV provides a path for partners to execute a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy with Minority Business Enterprise vendors and/or subcontractors.

 SynDEV,  a professional consulting company, endeavors to assist both public entities and private corporations by enhancing Diversity and Inclusion efforts and bridging the business gap between Minority Business Enterprises and our private sector and public sector partners. 

This includes using the depth of experience of SynDEV principals to provide business strategy to the private sector, public sector partners and Minority Business Enterprises. Services include, but not limited to operating advice, administrative management issues, such as financial planning and budgeting, equity and asset management, records management, office planning, strategic and organizational planning, site selection, new business start-up, and business process improvement.  

SynDEV also maintains the right with SynDEV corporate partners to provide subcontract opportunities in each individual project for Minority Business Enterprises. 

To further their Inclusion efforts, beyond the Minority Business Enterprises subcontracting, SynDEV seeks to provide individual workforce development opportunities.
