Adrian Murrell and Coleman Bradley, longtime friends for over 20 years, conceived of the SynDEV business model over a dinner on February 2, 2020. Both Adrian and Coleman, from their own life experiences and business backgrounds, realized that there is an opportunity to work through collaboration with public/private partnerships and Minority Business Enterprises to obtain diversity and inclusion in the marketplace. Both Adrian and Coleman have a passion for and share in the belief of the importance of Inclusion, Diversity and potential for Economic independence of which the SynDEV mission was established…

Adrian Murrell
Chief Executive Officer
Adrian is a former NFL running back in the National Football League (NFL). Post- NFL career he enjoyed success in the construction, building maintenance and insurance sectors.
Adrian has worked on several construction projects including the Gateway Research & Development Park, Nanoscience Nano Engineering building located in Greensboro, NC and various Senior Assisted Living projects.
Adrian was Chief Executive Officer of Water Engineering Services, LLC -WES located in Phoenix Arizona. WES manufactured chemicals used in cooling towers and boilers in commercial and industrial buildings. WES held over 1,000 service contracts to maintain cooling towers and boilers in Arizona and Nevada.
Adrian had been active in the insurance industry including in the areas of life & health. He and specialized in Catastrophe claims as an independent adjuster in the Southeast.
Adrian utilizes his depth of business experience to provide operating advice and assistance to businesses and other organizations on administrative management issues, such as strategic and organizational planning, site selection, new business start-up and business process improvement. He offers his expertise on transaction structure and business management/administration to operate SynDEV and to provide guidance and mentorship to other SynDEV business relationships.
Prior to Adrian’s business career, he enjoyed a successful 10 years as a running back in the NFL. Adrian played for the New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins and the Dallas Cowboys and amassed over 5,000 rushing yards and over 1,300 yards receiving. Adrian is currently serving as the NFL Alumni Carolinas Chapter President.
Adrian majored in Liberal Arts and played football at West Virginia University.
Coleman Bradley
Chief Operating Officer
Coleman has been an entrepreneur his entire business career. Coleman has extensive experience in real estate transaction structure and finance, horizontal and vertical construction, creating operating businesses from the start-up stage and scaling organizations to maturity. He also serves in an advisory role to operating businesses to maintain operational structure and finance.
Coleman leverages his business transactional skills and management capabilities with core focus on business’s financial reporting/controls, cash flow management, accounting/tax, insurance, legal, marketing and human resources to successfully operate SynDEV and to provide guidance and mentorship to others SynDEV business relationships.
Coleman has served on the Advisory Council of a major US Franchisor and currently serves as a board member of Zero Emission System and Thunder Power Electric Vehicles.
