Adrian Murrell
Chief Executive Officer
Adrian Murrell is the CEO of SYNDEV, LLC, where he utilizes the collective skills of team members to create opportunities in environmentally impacted areas and improve public sector infrastructure. His vision emphasizes collaboration among businesses to drive growth and sustainability. Before founding SYNDEV, Adrian enjoyed a successful decade-long career in professional football as a running back, amassing 5,200 rushing yards and 1,300 receiving yards while playing for teams such as the New York Jets and the Arizona Cardinals. He notably led the Cardinals to their first playoff victory in over 50 years against the Dallas Cowboys. In 2024, he was inducted into the West Virginia University Football Hall of Fame for his athletic achievements. After retiring from the NFL in 2003, Adrian transitioned to entrepreneurship by acquiring Water Engineering Services (WES) in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served as CEO and emphasized teamwork and leadership. He later moved to North Carolina to establish Murrell Contracting Inc., focusing on sustainable wall systems and public sector projects in collaboration with various enterprises.
Coleman Bradley
Chief Operating Officer
Coleman Bradley has enjoyed a 40-year career in the real estate development/investment business and a 20-year career in the hospitality business.In the 1990’s Coleman became President of Pacific United Development and represented a publicly traded company from Asia in US real estate investments. Coleman was also instrumental in assisting the Asian investors in the acquisition of regional volume homebuilding companies in both the Texas and Florida markets.In the 2000’s Coleman established Boom Holdings/BRH Enterprises, as the sole owner, to own and operate a Sonic Drive- In concept. The company grew from a startup to 350 employees, 11 locations and to $12M in annual revenue over a 5-year period. Coleman established KenKayla Real Estate, as the sole owner, to develop, construct and own the 11 Sonic Drive In developments and lease back to Boom Holdings.Concurrently, Coleman established Atlantic Acquisition Group LLC to acquire real estate and business assets in the South Atlantic states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.
